Shipping Options & Delivery Times
At DO-YU Apparel, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. only (but we’re working on going global soon!). Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.
Standard Shipping: Estimated 5-7 business days within Canada; 7-10 business days to the U.S.
Express Shipping: Estimated 2-3 business days within Canada; 3-5 business days to the U.S.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, public holidays, or customs clearance delays for U.S. shipments.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. You’ll see the shipping rates before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipping for tracking details to update.
High-Volume Periods
During peak shopping periods (like Black Friday or holiday seasons), delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Items must have all original tags attached.
Items must be in the original packaging.
Note: Sale items, final sale products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support team at info@do-yu.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@do-yu.com. We will guide you through the process and confirm availability of the desired item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@do-yu.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
