1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order hits the road with Canada Post, you can expect it within 2-8 business days, depending on how far you are from our little base. Orders going out to major cities will usually make it in the faster end of that window, while rural or remote areas might take a few days longer. And heads up—during high-volume times like the holidays or big sales, there could be a bit of a delay.
2. Can I make changes to my order once it’s placed?
Unfortunately, once the order’s locked and loaded, it’s on its way! If you realize there’s an issue, give us a shout at info@do-yu.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
3. What if I’m not totally in love with my DO-YU gear?
We’ve got you covered! Check out our Return Policy for the full scoop on returns and exchanges. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and if that’s not the case, we’ll help make it right.
4. Can I return everything? And will I need to pay for return shipping?
We make it easy to find all the details in our Return Policy section. Head there to check out what’s returnable and what the process looks like.
5. Why don’t you have my size in stock?
If your size is out of stock it’s likely because our stuff goes fast! We’re always working to keep our inventory as stocked as possible, but sometimes demand is high. Be sure to check back often or sign up for notifications on restocks!
6. Do you ship outside of Canada?
Right now, we’re sticking close to home and shipping to Canada and the U.S. only. But don’t worry—we’re working on expanding worldwide! Stay tuned for updates as we spread the DO-YU love across the globe.
7. Will you deliver to my P.O. Box?
Canada Post plays nice with P.O. boxes, so we’re good to deliver there. Just provide your P.O. Box address at checkout, and we’ll get your order to you.
8. What’s the best way to care for my DO-YU clothes?
For max lifespan, turn them inside out, machine wash on cold, and hang them up to dry (your dryer might be a little too enthusiastic!). And if you’re not the hang-dry type, tumble dry on low.
